    In the actual use of EVA furniture sealing hot melt glue, it is sometimes encountered that hot melt glue is difficult to melt in a glue pan, or after replacing a company's hot melt gel, it is found that the temperature of use is higher than before. It will intuitively cause "bad use" and "poor quality" arbitrary.
1. If the hot melt glue appears insoluble in the glue pan, in addition to the quality of the hot melt glue itself, the greatest possibility is the lack of maintenance and maintenance work of the sealing machine. In such a case, it should first check whether the Sol system of the sealing machine is intact, show whether the temperature is different from the temperature in the rubber pot, whether the rubber pot has not been cleaned for too long, resulting in too much calcium deposition in the rubber pot, affecting the normal heat of the hot melt.
2. If the temperature of use is only slightly higher, it is normal. The hot melt gum with a low melting point can only add a lot of Rosin in the production process, increase the proportion of Rosin, and reduce the use temperature of hot melt gum products. However, the characteristics of Rosin are that the colder the environment, the higher the brittleness, so the lower the melting point, the more likely it is to fall in winter.
