Main Components and Types of Enclosure Hot Melting Glue for EVA Furniture

Furniture sealing edge hot melt is mainly composed of EVA(vinyl / vinyl acetate copolymer), petroleum resin, Rosin, and calcium carbonate. It is also known as "green adhesive" because of its solvent, odourless, and pollution-free properties.. EVA furniture sealing edge hot melt glue according to the difference in the use temperature, mainly divided into the following categories:
Low temperature glue: The temperature should be 130-150 degrees;
Medium temperature gum: The temperature should be 150-180 degrees;
High temperature glue: The temperature should be 190-210 degrees.
Note: The specific temperature of use of hot melt glue should be determined by the degree of heating function of each sealing machine and the temperature change of the operating environment.
